Create a revised business plan to move your business into the digital era.

No need for the old school 40 page detailed business plan that even bores you to death.

It could be a one page mind map. It could be written on the back of a serviette.
Just make sure you cover all aspects of your business, with the intention to change.

Focus on profit and enjoyment. 

Decide on your new path and don’t be distracted by the next shiny thing or promise of easy success.
Hardest of all, don’t go back to your old ways.

Remain focused. 

So if you decide to focus your energy on a veggie patch, don’t waste your time and money on new roses.
You also need to decide if you want to maintain and keep your roses going or are you going to just ruthlessly pull them out, as they are no longer serving you.

Both options are acceptable.

Roses or veggies? Both?
Decide and commit.

It does not matter, just nurture them and let them Bloom!

I live in a quaint scenic village in the middle of the Free State in South Africa. Surrounded by mountains and a nature reserve. During this insane global lock down of 2020, I have had much time to wander around my beautiful garden and marvel at the changes that autumn brings. I ponder by favorite topic – business growth. In a time where many people and business are struggling, I am so fortunate to be surrounded by incredible natural beauty. To be in the position that I can see such potential in the world.
